wellllll.... as i'm pretty much a procrastinator, i only started packing on 7th Dec, night... but we're suppose to reach the airport at 11+ cuz our flight is from 1+ to 5+pm... so it's ok... HOWEVER, since we slept soooooo late... all our sleepy faces came when we took this pix...
especially baby Janelle who looked VERY sleepy...
then on the way there... the air in the sky was soooooo cold that there was ice crystals on the windows of the plane...
DO YOU KNOW... at taiwan during Dec 2008, it gets dark VERY early... (as compared to singapore of course).. when we left the taipei taoyuan int. airport, it's only 5.30pm, but it's sooooo dark that it seems like the 8pm sky in singapore...
That nite... we went to buy our train tix to hualien(cuz wanna make sure we have seats & know the timing on wat time the train leaves) AND we ate our first bento... very cheap and delicious bento... here's wat we ate...
daddy's: pig's trotters bento

my bento: chicken cutlet bento
mommy's: 5 grain healthy rice bento
[however, in the end, all of us had the healthy 5 grain rice (五谷饭) cuz they finished selling their plain rice le.. we were their last customers u see...]
